Dear Ministry support team,

AS you know I have been going down and working in the same areas of Mexico with teams for the last 11 years. Once again I am leading a team of about 40 people down to build and do ministry the first of Jan. 2011. I am excited about getting to once again start the year off with a missions trip.

I just got an update letter from our Missionary down in Mexico who we will be working with the first week of Jan. 2011. There is a lot of great info about the exciting ministry that we will be doing, but I also got some bad news about our building project. As usual we have plans to build a house for a family. This year we are planned to build a house for a family who will be working at a local church. 2 years ago our team built an addition to a house for the parents of this family, so it is exciting to continue working with this great and well deserving family.

The bad news is that they are in need of some different material then we are used to using as well the prices of material has GONE UP!!!! So we are in need of some last min help. Our normal plans are to pay about $2,400 for a house, but we just found out that the cost is about $4,200. This is almost double what we had planned. I was already worried about us being able to cover our cost of the $2,400 as the financial situation of this trip so far is TIGHT!!!!!

Our missionary down there has offered to help cover some of the difference, but I would really like to see if we can try to come together as a team and help cover this difference.

We are in need of about $3,400 as of right now. Thank you and if you are able to help please send checks to:

Lancaster First Assembly
44514 20th street west
Lancaster, Ca 93534

Please address the envelope to Ryan Latham (Mexico)
And write nothing in the Memo line please.

Thank you for your consideration of supporting this missions effort.
